I Have No Excuse

I have no excuse. I can’t help it…I have been unable to kick this disgusting habit. I feel shame every time I do it. I’ve tried to keep it private, but you can’t conceal an addiction this severe. My friends and family have grown weary and just look away sadly when it happens. Sometimes I do it without reason or occasion, it just comes out…an excuse.
